KEY CHALLENGES

WHAT IF WE SUCCEED? The chase was cute. Does the dog know what to do if it catches the car? Can it drive it?

  • Technology - don’t have a tech team to implement. Can hire, but don’t have experience in managing and working with tech folks.

    • Need to build a small team. Tanwir team is promising and seems sincere but unsure how the structure would work.

    • Heba working with AWS. Dedicated and likely pro bono.

    • Araf offering to help and sent over the offer. Already demonstrated dedication and proof of concept.

  • Subscription requires constant value. The value is clear during a class duration and a cohort, but there are down times in between sessions that students will tend to feel their subscription is not worth it. They must feel that time is worth it.

    • A LA CARTE must fill that void, and they must see the platform as always valuable.

    • Can create a Master Schedule for 2025 that includes A LA Care, more, all class options. Break down MORE and CORE based on topics, not just levels.

  • User/student issues - Need for automation will need to be high with increased users, but still there will be cracks and manpower, redundancy, and training will be needed to handle.

    • Will have to hire. Where will support team be? Who will manage?

    • To continue to grow, sales team will be needed. (Same questions as above)
