PAUSE
There are situations in which a student may want to pause their subscription due to a busy period in their life. This is understandable, and there should be an easy way for them to pause this on their own, but ideally for a set period of time. Some subscriptions have a two-month courtesy pause option. We have yet to find an option for students to be able to pause AND resume on their own or according to a predetermined schedule.

REFUNDS
The aim is to reduce refund requests, which are high when offering installment plans, and moderate with one-time payments, yet lowest with subscription plans, given students have the option of cancelling anytime. This self-cancelling process should be made easy, so that students do not need admin help to do this, yet there should be incentives not to cancel (they should be encouraged to continue, if not, to downgrade, and if not, to pause), and moreover, measures to keep engagement up and value provided throughout the journey.
