Gradebook:

• We are trying to solve how an instructor can view the grades of just their live cohort without seeing everyone enrolled in that level.

  • The problem with adding the assessments in with the new product is that they would now be in both “courses.” A way around this would be that by joining a cohort “course,” they would exit out of the self-paced course and have everything they need within that cohort product. The problem with this is what their progress would reset and if there is a a need for them to go back, it would keep resetting, thus losing movement fluidity.

  • One way to do this is for an instructor to filter all users for those just enrolled in their live cohort course. They can then see units completed and average score, but not the full gradebook.

  • Another thing to explore is to actually clone the school, and for each instructor (fawakih) school with only the students they are in charge of, whether self-paced or live.
