Quranic Arabic Instructor

Ustadh Relwan Onikoyi graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2011 with a BA in Philosophy and minors in Arabic and Hispanic Studies. He then traveled to Jordan for 8 months to study Arabic at Qasid Institute. While there, he was exposed to the study of various Islamic sciences with traditional scholars, and was specifically trained in the recitation of the Quran.

Relwan is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Religion at Temple University, with a concentration in Islam. His research interests include Islamic thought and the spectrum of Sufi expression in the medieval world.
