Business Administrator

Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on company protocol
Provide ad hoc support as needed
Monitoring and tracking each student's communication and progress
Documenting errors for student and internal usage
Very responsive to incoming requests, messages, and emails from students
Soliciting student feedback, testimonials, ensuring student retention
Setting up payments and overseeing the collection of tuition
Administrative and program communication (Whatsapp, website, Mailchimp, emails)
Updating rosters, managing individual student shipments
Test Tracking/Academic Progress (Customer Success Management)
Monitoring and tracking payment invoices
Inventory management and ordering
Managing vendor communication and exploring alternatives
Negotiating vendor pricing
Managing tax documents
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Office suite
Proficient in advanced Excel
Experienced and comfortable with Islamic cultures
